We spent a few years utilizing another shopping cart before an opportunity presented itself that required development of an additional secondary website. The multi-site functionality pushed us to try a 30 day trial of Americommerce and we have never looked back!

We have yet to run into any significant design or functionality restriction with the Americommerce software. Nearly everything is able to be customized which provides us with a unique flexibility not found with our previous carts.

The people are fantastic to work with. You can truly tell that they are an up-and-coming company that does not rest on their laurels. It is great to work with a company that is as committed to continuous improvement as we are. Whether it's a multi-store functionality, facebook shops or recurring orders - it seems like every week there is a great new feature to help us sell more product!

When we initially discovered AmeriCommerce we were attracted to the broad features available, including the ability to operate multiple storefronts through a single administration console. We had outgrown the capabilities of our existing platform, and after a comprehensive vetting process, we migrated our storefronts to AmeriCommerce. Within the first 90-days of migrating our websites to AmeriCommerce we saw an increase in traffic, improved conversion rates and an overall better customer experience. During the holidays we see significant spikes in traffic, and even with the added volume our websites do not experience any bottlenecks or slowdowns. AmeriCommerce has always accommodated our needs for custom developments, and their staff has been fast to respond in the event there is an anomaly that requires their intervention. I consider AmeriCommerce to be as much of a partner in our business as they are a service provider for our business.

I get teased by my coworkers whenever I gush praise over Americommerce (which is often)! I spent a long time vetting ecommerce solutions for Lolmart.com months ago, after disastrous experiences with two other vendors. After looking at at least a dozen (including a particular package that would've cost in the five figures a month), Americommerce was the only one that had everything we needed - a robust API, great remote carting, extreme product customization, PCI compliance, among other things. So I decide to take a chance, and am very happy I did!

After we started our integration with them, I discovered just how good they were on the service side. I'm used to having to workaround other vendor limitations ("sorry, our product doesn't have that - we may develop it next year") - if they don't have something you need, they'll work with you to develop it. Quickly.

Simply put, they've been fantastic!

After struggling with several large name, "enterprise class" ecommerce solutions we finally were able to have our objectives met with AmeriCommerce. While these other solutions promised us the world and under-delivered on almost everything, AmeriCommerce was able to come to our rescue and help us get our 6+ websites back up and functioning better than before, in a very short time frame.

While we knew AmeriCommerce was the correct solution for many of our websites, there was some hesitation in moving our most successful site off of the Volusion platform. Once we saw the huge improvement our other sites were having on AmeriCommerce, and the ease of maintaining multiple storefronts from a centralized database, we moved our 'flagship' site over as well. Ever since we have made the transition our business has seen steady growth, even despite the current economic conditions.

The multiple store management, and scalability of the application to allow us to integrate to other systems via API, has truly set AmeriCommerce apart from their competitors. Their willingness to modify their core product and the release of constant updates/upgrades is another huge advantage they have over the competition. Since those days, we have rolled out an additional 12+ websites, all with relative ease, and all with great success and with plans to continually roll out storefronts each month.

The team at AmeriCommerce has been nothing short of amazing; we have never had an eCommerce platform company be so responsive, helpful and best of all, affordable. In the past 2+ years we have been on AmeriCommerce, our total bill for all hosting, licensing, bandwidth, custom development, etc has been less than either of the quotes we received from the 'enterprise class' solutions I mentioned before, both of which catastrophically failed, and Volusion (the most comparable solution) doesn't even compare to the scalability that AmeriCommerce allows.

We have been so successful in our relationship with AmeriCommerce, I have found myself engaged in consulting activities with dozens of other AmeriCommerce customers, helping them to realize the full potential of the product and achieve the same levels of success that my companies have found. In the past I used and tested out several other shopping carts solutions. AmeriCommerce has all of the features I believe that are needed contribute to a successful online store. After six months of using Americommerce I am very pleased with the support I have received from them. It was surprisingly fast and easy to set up. Our company's website sales increased three-fold upon changing to AmeriCommerce e-commerce shopping cart and hosting. Instead of having a dedicated webmaster to maintain the site, we now are able to use staff members who do not necessarily have an extensive background in web design to make price changes, edit product descriptions, and add new products. We tried MonsterCommerce, as well as others, and dropped them to go with AmeriCommerce because of how easily and quickly the editing can be accomplished. Recently, when our non-profit organization began looking for a shopping cart solution to receive donations online, we found AmeriCommerce. Using one of their stock themes, we moved our current content over, used the url redirects to quickly move 10 years of content, and installed our current PayPal button until our gateway is available. We were up and running in two days. Our SEO values have gone from "F" to a "B+" by using AmeriCommerce's built in SEO features. We could not be happier with the results and speed of the move to AmeriCommerce.

In the world of shopping carts and website hosting it can be nerve racking to find the right match for your company's needs. I reviewed no less than 20 shopping cart providers for our new website. They all made tall claims, but when you tested them and called the support department the truth about their customer service came out very fast.

Then I found AmeriCommerce. I had direct access to the technical support staff from day one and they patiently worked though finding solutions to every one of my needs. Our website has required a dozen unique needs so far and AmeriCommerce has fulfilled every one of them without any complaint. In my experience with other service providers asking for custom development is met with sighs and attempts to convince you it can't be done. I've never heard "no" from AmeriCommerce. I expected to receive some large invoices for the work. Good development cost money and I was happy to pay them for their time. I was even more surprised when the invoices showed up and the pricing was extremely friendly. I almost don't want to tell anyone about them because I don't want the secret to get out.

AmeriCommerce has been more of a business partner to us than just a vendor. They told me that this was their attitude while I was reviewing them and they have stayed true to their word. What I really like is that when you call with a need they first put on the "owner hat" and try to understand your needs from your point of view as a business owner. Once they are sure they understand what you are asking for and why they switch to the "technical hat" and figure out how to get it done. This is priceless in business relations. I've also noticed that they see when requests are useful for all their clients and those get rolled out to everyone. So essentially every customer is benefiting from the requests of all the other customers which helps to continually improve their software as a community of users all sharing the benefits. It's a great business model that I wish more companies would use.

The launch of our new site has been very successful so far and we owe a decent slice of that to AmeriCommerce. So far nearly a third of our sales have come from Froogle which is a free automated upload provided by the shopping cart. The Froogle feed is only one of many and we can't wait to dive into the rest of their marketing tools.

There has never been even the slightest doubt about my decision to choose AmeriCommerce. I have evidence almost daily how good that decision was. I'd also like to mention that I ran my last website using Monster Commerce for over two years. While Monster has a very good product as well there is no comparison when personal service comes into the picture. We couldn't get Monster to listen to any of our requests and there was no option to even pay for custom development. Last year, I had reviewed and searched for a shopping cart solution and picked Volusion. Six months later, the company that I work for asked me to do a feature and solution comparison between Volusion and Americommerce and I took one look at what Americommerce had to offer and there was no doubt in my mind that we had found a winner! I also talked with both companies about customizing certain features we wanted incorporated and Volusion declined the customizing and Americommerce agreed to the custom development within a reasonable time frame and at a very reasonable price. The choice was clear.

I worked on setting up my company's products and the ease with which I could edit the product base and the design elements was simply unbelievable. Add to that Americommerce's willingness to customize for us at reasonable rates and we knew we had a solution partner...not just a solution provider.

Americommerce is by far the best ecommerce solution I have seen. Their feature rich solution covers every aspect crucial to an e-business: Product and catalog management, marketing and reporting, extremely search engine friendly, options to 'recover' abandoned carts, very easy to customize the design elements with basic knowledge of CSS, terrific support and customer service and I'm only touching the tip of the iceberg. Add to that the option to custom develop features and it's a scalable solution. Any serious e-business would consider the scalable factor to be a requirement. I talked with other ecommerce solution providers and none of them were even willing to custom develop features, let alone at a reasonable rate.

I wouldn't say Americommerce is a strong contender in the ecommerce solution provider market - I would say Americommerce is way ahead of the strong contenders. I moved my own store over as soon as I could. Need I say more?
